Passive Gladiator Beast

Ok I've tested my deck several times now and I jst want to ask you all... how do I get more speed in this deck without taking out ANY wabokus, defensive tactics, and Gladiator Beast Chariot because I am comfortable with my defensive trap line up and the deck except for the lack of speed. ok the cards that have (Optional) are cards that are able to be taken out or changed for something else
