[Suggestions] "Recruitment Day!"

I got this idea when I was thinking on how we'd keep DD alive once we got it going. And then it hit me; "Why not have one day of the week when all the members of DD recruits one person, each?"
That's the general concept of this idea: Deciding 1 day of the week where each individual person will have to recruit another member.

But, what if they don't know how to recruit? Well, you see. I'm planning on making an entire Topic dedicated to teaching people how to recruit others! And if you think this is a good idea; I'll make it as fast as I can!

It's for giving someone reputation points for example:
I see your post and I like it so I give it a +1 by pressing that button.
And you can see the number of total +1s you have in your profile.
I guess it's pretty much a good way to see the difference between trolls/good users. :)
